NYZX Resistive Level Switch Operating Principle
The NYZX series resistive material level switch is a device that uses permanent magnet motor to drive the blade to rotate. When the detected material rises to the blade position, the blade rotation is blocked, and the resistance is transmitted to the detecting device in the junction box. The detecting device outputs a switch signal outward and cuts off the power to stop the blade from turning. When the material level drops, the blade resistance disappears, and the testing device returns to its original state by relying on the spring's pulling force, and adjusts the spring's pull force according to the specific gravity of different materials. When the specific gravity is large, the spring tensile force is adjusted to be strong or strongest. On the contrary, adjust to weak or weakest.

NYZX Resistive Level Switch Installation requirements
- Before installation, please confirm whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the voltage on the label.
- Resistance spin material level switch should avoid installation in the feed mouth, when unavoidable can be added to protect the blade from material impact.
- Horizontal installation, junction box inlet should be vertical downward, cable fixing nut must be locked, if possible, can add rain cover, etc.
- Before installation, confirm horizontal installation or vertical installation.
- When installed horizontally, the blade is installed at an Angle of 10~20° to reduce the impact of materials.
